Advice on updating to the latest iOS and Android versions for enhanced efficiency and continued use of K PLUS

KBank’s customers are advised to update to the latest iOS and Android versions for enhanced security in using K PLUS, prevention of risks stemming from cyber attack and continued use of new features.
For enhanced efficiency and continued use of K PLUS, KBank’s customers, using K PLUS, are advised to update to iOS version 10.0 and newer or Android version 6.0 version and newer.
Failing to do so may result in the following impacts:
- Customers using K PLUS on iOS versions older than 10.0 from January 28, 2020 onward will be able to use K PLUS, but not be able to update to the new K PLUS version. Therefore, they will not be able to use new features on K PLUS in the future.
- Customers using K PLUS on Android versions older than 6.0 from March 17, 2020 onward will no longer be able to use K PLUS.
