The We Company (“ WeWork”) ประกาศว่าบริษัทได้ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการข้อมูลการลงทะเบียนร่างแก้ไขแบบฟอร์ม S-1 กับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ (“SEC”) เกี่ยวกับการเสนอขายหุ้นสามัญใหม่แก่ประชาชนทั่วไป WeWork ได้ส่งแบบฟอร์ม S-1 ต่อสำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. ในเดือนธันวาคม 2018 กระบวนการนี้จะช่วยให้ WeWork สามารถตัดสินใจซื้อขายหุ้นสาธารณะ ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของตลาดและเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ
