Recently, at China Palace Hotel, Beijing, the People's Republic of China, Mr. Surat Leelataviwat (front row, second from left), KBank Executive Vice President, and Mr. Cai Jianbo (front row, third from left), Chief Executive Officer of UnionPay International (UPI), a major debit and credit card service provider of China, signed an agreement to upgrade the payment acceptance service in Thailand and the region under the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation program. Mr. Fan Yifei (back row, fourth from right), Deputy Governor of the People’s Bank of China, also witnessed the signing of agreement.
